Our line of emulsifiers helps to increase the active’s bioavailability by solubilizing it into your liquid or semi-liquid formulation.

  • Vitamin E TPGS (Isochem)
  • Vitamin E Hydrosoluble which makes it possible to solubilize numerous actives
    • HLB = 13 -> easily soluble in aqueous mediums and in PEG/PG
    • DMF
    • Increases bioavailability of the active
    • Inhibits Pgp protein which plays a role in the intercellular degradation of the active ingredient.
    • Oral delivery form approved (GSK Agenerase)
    • Acconon line: Alkoxylates Glycerides (Abitec)
      • Obtained through esterification with fatty acids and polyethylene glycol(PEG)
      • Non-ionic emulsifier for emulsions or micro emulsions
      • Improves bioavailability of poorly soluble actives

      • More hydrophilic than lipophilic
